What motivates you to remain focused on growing your business/website?
The one thing that allows me to remain focused is a personal desire to challenge myself to go for something more than what others might expect of me.

I have been working for many years in the area of personal growth, dedicating myself to helping individuals challenge themselves to grow and improve.

In terms of about personal growth, I have found that the more I focus on helping other people, the more personal rewards I tend to receive in return.

What has been your greatest challenge as a business leader, and how did you overcome it?
The greatest challenge I’ve experienced in building my website and growing my online business has been in how to most effectively manage my time.

Quite simply, there are so many things to do it has been extremely difficult to effectively prioritize and not let myself get to feeling overwhelmed with all the “to-do’s”.

I have found that by having a specific weekly goal list of things that I must accomplish has really helped me to better manage my self and my priorities.

Describe the most important activity(ies) you do regularly, that you attribute to the success of your site?
Some things have to be done every single day. I read daily and spend on average about two full hours researching or writing content on subjects that are related to my business.

Topics can certainly vary, but all are related to the main theme of my site - about personal growth.

I work hard to maintain a nicely formatted site that appeals to the eye of my visitors. Quality must remain my first and foremost objective.

Providing fresh content all about personal growth is the one surefire way to keep my readers coming back for more. Repeat visitors is the cornerstone of any online or offline business.

Do you own other internet businesses? If so, what product or service does it offer? Url?: If so, what product or service does it offer? Url?
I currently do not have any other internet businesses aside from my main passion, my website www.about-personal-growth.com.com

What is your greatest accomplishment relating to your site?
As I continue to build my website, I also continue to grow. As I work to research and provide valuable content for my readers, I become aware of new ideas, new tools and resources that reinforces my own personal awareness.

I have to say that without a doubt my greatest accomplishment is breaking the "fear" barrier; the fear of the unknown, fear of being ridiculed and of not being good enough.

I’ve been successful at not allowing fear to get in the way of my success. Instead, I now look at fear as my own personal motivator.

To be successful in life, to accomplish your dreams, it just takes putting one step in front of the other, one action followed up by another. Piece by piece, little by litte, you can achieve anything.

In my line of work, I focus on creating one quality page and then another and another. Now I have a high quality website for all to enjoy.

How would you recommend others get started on creating a website?
First of all, you really need to know just exactly what is it that you want. The tools and resources I’ve used have been extremely helpful to me for clearly identifying my passion.

Seek out people and resources that will aid you in obtaining the knowledge and information necessary for your pursuit.

Finally, the most important thing - is to just do it.

How do your define effective leadership?
Effective leadership is being able to lead by example, by being a model to others of what it takes to succeed.

Whether you are a family man (or woman), a manager or self-employed, you need to walk your own talk in order to ensure credibility with others.

Describe your favorite leadership tool?
Two valuable resources immediatley come to my mind; Jim Rohn and Anthony Robbins are two of my adopted mentors that have helped me learn so much about personal growth.

They are both leaders in their field. Their many books and recordings about personal growth continue to inspire me.

Motivation is everything.
