What motivates you to remain focused on growing your business/website?
It motivates me to know that my reviews help my subscribers avoid costly and low-quality products.

Unfortunately, many products include buggy software and/or offer services that may have all the right ideas, but simply don’t deliver what they are promising.

Knowing that my site helps others is my main motivation.

What has been your greatest challenge as a business leader, and how did you overcome it?
The biggest challenge I continue to experience is simply the fact that I have a limited amount of time.

I operate my online businesses in my spare time - which means my sites have not grown as fast as I would have preferred.

However, regardless of time constraints, I stay focused on using the time that I do have for creating the best quality content that I can. I know that over time, my commitment to quality will ultimately ensure that I achieve my end result.

Describe the most important activity(ies) you do regularly, that you attribute to the success of your site?
Again, the most important activity I remain focused on is creating additional quality content.

Adding more content ensure increased visitors. More visitors equals a higher number of subscribers.

Do you own other internet businesses? If so, what product or service does it offer?
Yes, I've recently started a new website called www.growth-focus.com

This new site provides a free newsletter about reaching for and achieving your goals in life and business.

What is your greatest accomplishment relating to your site?
I’m most proud of the popularity of my site within a very short period of time. You can see the ranking of my site via Alexa.com, which ranks traffic for all websites on the Internet.

Given the fact that I only work on my site a few hours per week, I'm very pleased to see my traffic ranking way up there in the top 1% of all sites on the web.

How would you recommend others get started on creating a website?
Plan well, but don't plan forever. Avoid paralysis by analysis. Do something every day that takes you closer to achieving your goals.

Decide what you want your site to focus on and determine your sources of income. Make sure that there really is a market for your site before you start building it.

What advice would you offer to others wanting to generate income on the Internet?

Describe your favorite leadership tool?
There are so many different ways to learn things, and we all have our preferred ways.

Personally I read a lot - both offline and online.

Books like Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, Goals! by Brian Tracy and Conversations with Millionaires by Mike Litman are great resources that I highly recommend.

In addition, authors such as Michael Hall of Neuro-Semantics®, Joe Vitale, Bryan Hall of bryanhall.net, Anthony Robbins and Josh Hinds are leaders that I respect and admire.
