Services team destroyer

Hello,

My name is Richard Hazelgrove and I run a small company in the UK www.teambuildingsouthern.co.uk
My recent worst experience was with a services team build day.

The delegates had previously used a Myers-Briggs assesment before our team build day.

Scarily we were not given any details of the results and were then expected to work these in to the days events. Neadless to say it didn't work.

What was noticible was that one or two delegates seemed to be 'acting up' to their perceived type.
