Hello,
Leadership Success Great Effort = Great Results
"Resolve that whatever you do, you will bring the whole man (or woman) to it; that you will fling the whole weight of your being into it." - Orison Swett Marden
One of the greatest lessons we can teach our children is that of making a true “effort” in all areas of responsibility.
Isn’t it true that the main reason for any great success throughout history has been the result of a focused and persistent effort?
The lesson of making an “all-out” effort is one we need to continually remind ourselves of as we continue our leadership journey.
Once a person reaches a certain position, or level of success, it is very easy to settle in to the role and continue to manage things in a routine or mundane way.
If your ideal is to have your work and your career count for something special – then always put your entire self into it; your entire character, originality and individuality - into everything
that you do.
Expect more of yourself as a leader than anyone else could possibly expect. In doing so, you will always stay on a path of success and personal growth.
The benefits of having superior self-expectations are plentiful. You will find that devotion to your work and your team members will pay handsome dividends; rewards in pay, was well as rewards in self-fulfillment.
Don’t allow yourself to simply copy what others are doing. While imitation can be perceived as a form of flattery; for the imitator it is a clear sign of weakness.
The man or woman who copies or imitates other people’s efforts is saying to the world that he does not believe himself; he does not believe himself to be fully capable of creating new and innovative ideas on his own.
It is a man’s vision, creativity and ability to work through his obstacles; who makes the extra effort to study all there is to know about his business; who employs originality into
his systems – these are the marks of a man or woman who is worthy of the title “Leader”.
"Success is the child of drudgery and perseverance. It cannot be coaxed or bribed; pay the price and it is yours." - Orison Swett Marden

"I'm in the midst of reading Goal Setting for Success E-Book. It's awesome!! Just over the past 24 hours, its already helping me with changing perspectives. I recently lost a business due to employee theft. I have had quite a struggle with this and great difficulty moving forward. While I know these things can be overcome, and
certainly an opportunity to learn from mistakes, it was something that totally jolted my mind and emotions. I have been terrified to try again. This e-book is helping me to remember who I am, and helping me get my life back on track." - Cyndi
"Excellent! I am about 45 pages into the goals setting manual and I am very excited about my future. I hope to find as much motivation from the remaining books." - Mark
