Hello,
Business Planning Article Power In Planning
Power In Planning!
"Success and progress towards achieving your goal in life begin with knowing where you are going." - Napoleon Hill
A person who plans out what it will take to achieve success holds a tremendous advantage over those who simply go forward without a clear vision of what’s ahead of them.
There is real power in planning. The best planner is also a disciplined “thinker”. By taking the time necessary to think through an endeavor from start to finish prior to placing any assets at risk, the planner will make the most out of his limited resources.
A famous philosopher once said that if you do not discipline yourself, you are sure to be disciplined by others. You only need to look to the occupants of your local county jail or state prison to see the most extreme evidence of this statement.
Those persons who go out only to seek the easy dollar; without any
real investigation or due-diligence; who invests no time to the planning process, are doomed to live a life of disappointment.
Planning effectively takes hard work and self-discipline. However, today more than ever before there are quality tools and resources that are available to anyone who seeks them out. For example, this site offers free planning tools for Life Balance and Master Action Plans
Regardless of whatever you need to plan for, it’s important that you seek an alliance with an individual or organization that can help guide you through the planning process.
An alliance with someone who can direct you and answer questions throughout the planning process is a highly valuable resource for success.
No individual has ever achieved success without the assistance and
cooperation of others. Through the advice and support of key alliances you can better leverage your limited resources and avoid costly pitfalls. Through effective pre-planning you’ll be able to increase your chances of success by limiting the inherent risk of your project.
Planning also allows you to close the door of fear behind you. The knowledge gained from the planning process will silence the stress and anxiety that otherwise may get in the way of a successful endeavor.
The most effective plans are those that break down each key area of the project into “bite-sized” achievable steps. By breaking it down, a project that may otherwise feel too overwhelming – suddenly appears reasonable and quite doable.
Just think how many failed projects could have been salvaged as a result of more effective upfront planning. Business planning provides clear insight into whether or not a business idea is viable in the marketplace. Business planning
takes time, but could very well make the difference between success or failure in your business endeavor.
In response to this critical need of new small businesses, we’ve created a new Business Planning Toolkit – free to our valued readers.

There is a false idea lurking in the back of too many people’s brains about what constitutes real genius and success.
This myth in our mind is the main saboteur of our hopes and dreams. Our self-doubt becomes stumbling blocks that stand in the way of steady progress and ultimate success.
For some unknown reason there is a sense that only those blessed few; chosen by the almighty at birth; ordained to rise to greatness and lead others, have any chance to become the top in their field. This is absolute nonsense!
The genius
that has accomplished great things in the world, as a rule, is the genius of downright persistence and hard work. Focused and committed EFFORT is the one single thing that has always transformed the world.
You can spot the person who is most capable of this unique sort of effort. The surest sign of a winner is the one who possesses a hunger for achievement; a longing to become more, to be somebody of significance; to do something worthwhile in this world.
It is truly astonishing how much power there is in an intense desire and determination to accomplish a thing, anything, no matter how easy or difficult it may be.
As a rule, it is this intensity; this hearty appetite within us for achievement; the thirst for knowledge that must be quenched, which will measure our success in life.
Say to yourself right now, “I will find a way, or make one myself!”

plan next week. " - George S. Patton
